1. Combine buttermilk, egg, egg white, and oil in a large bowl.
2. Combine the flours, oats, cornmeal,baking powder, and sugar in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
3. Lightly spray a hot waffle iron with vegetable oil.
Ladle 2 fluid ounces of batter into waffle iron.
Cook until waffle is golden brown. About 3 minutes
