Ingredients

3 cups boiling

4 stalks chopped

3 cups diced, cooked


Directions

Cook rice in hot oil over meium health until golden brown. Add salt, water, bouillon cubes, and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add celery and beef. Cover and simmer for 5 mintues. Add onion. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
