Step 1Preheat a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F or In pour vegetable oil – half way . Step 2In a large bowl mix together, cornmeal, flour, garlic and onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Mix buttermilk and eggs in a separate bowl. Step 3Dip shrimp in buttermilk mixture and lightly deep into the flour mixtu
