Frozen Fruit Salad #3

Ingredients

1 cn (small) fruit cocktail

1 pn Salt

1/2 c Pecans

1 pt Whipping cream

2 tb Lemon juice

2 tb milk

1 tb Sugar

1 pk (3-oz) cream cheese

1 tb Mayonnaise or miracle whip

1/2 c Maraschino cherries; halved

Directions

Soften cream cheese with milk. Add all ingredients except whipping cream and cherries. Whip cream and fold in. Place in a shallow dish and freeze. Cut into squares. Place sliced cherry on top of each square. From <A Taste of Louisiana>. Downloaded from G Internet, G Internet.
