Frozen Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries

1 frozen banana

1 cup lowfat milk

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup orange juice

2-3 tablespoons honey


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in glasses and enjoy.
