Directions

Salad: shred zucchini, cabbage, carrots slice peppers, mushrooms, green onions chop cilantro place in bowl dressing: grind sesame seeds and pistachios in high speed blender add rest of ingredients and mix in blender until creamy pour over salad and enjoy
