Garbanzo Bean Dip (Hummus)

Ingredients

1 can Garbanzo beans drained

3 tablespoon Tahini

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1 clove Garlic

1/8 teaspoon Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Salt

Finely chopped parsley and/or pomegranite seeds garnish

Olive oil optional

Summac optional


Directions

Process all of the ingredients except for the parsley, olive oil, and summac, in a food processor and add water to just below the level of the garbanzos. Process, adding additional water as necessary, to form a smooth, thick paste. Garnish the edge of a serving dish with the parsley. Add the hummus; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with summac.
