1 pound Yukon gold potatoes sliced about 1/2 inch in thickness
3 cloves Garlic minced
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh oregano chopped
1 1/4 pounds Sirloin Steak cut into 1 inch cubes
Salt and pepper
Very tasty. I halved the herbs though.
