Cook capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook anchovy paste and garlic in oil and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain capellini; mix with garlic mixture and parsley. Top with cheese.
