Ingredients

3 pounds course ground beef

1/2 pound sausage chopped

4 slices of bacon

2 tsp Famous Dave's Steak seasoning

5 Tbs chili powder

1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

4 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp MAGGI seasoning

1 Tbs basil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup Celery chopped

1 cup Onion chopped

1 cup green pepper chopped

1 cup red pepper chopped

1 large jalaeno chopped

2 can hot chili beans 16 oz

1 can tomato juice 22 oz

1 can diced tomato 15 oz

1 can tomato purée 15 oz

1 can beef broth 10 oz

3 Tbs BBQ sauce Spicy

2 Tbs Kahlua

2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce


Directions

Combine Beef, Sausage, Steak seasoning, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, MAGGI, Basil, andgarlic powder in a pot and mix well. cook until ground beef turns crusty brown, stirring frequently. Add celery, onions, green peppers, red peppers, and ,jalapeño. Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Add undrained chili beans, tomato juice, undrained tomatoes, tomato purée, broth, BBQ, Kahlua, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Simmer until the desired consistency. Stirring occasionally. Serve in bowls topped with cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, minced onion, and crackers.
