Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Tomato juice

1 cup Tomato peeled, seeded, finely chopped

1/2 cup Celery finely chopped

1/2 cup Cucumber finely chopped

1/2 cup Pepper, green finely chopped

1/2 cup Onion, green finely chopped

3 tablespoons Vinegar, white wine

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 clove Garlic minced

2 teaspoons Parsley finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Pepper, black freshly ground


Directions

Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
