Ingredients: 1 c Cider vinegar; 1 c Sugar; 1 1/2 tb Onion salt; 1 tb Garlic salt; 1/2 tsp Thyme; 1/2 tsp Sweet basil; 1/4 tsp Rosemary; 1/4 tsp Dill weed; 1/2 cup Fresh chives chopped; 1/4 c Lemon juice; 1/4 c Orange juice; 1 c Canola oil

Ingredients

1 c Cider vinegar

1 c Sugar

1 1/2 tb Onion salt

1 tb Garlic salt

1/2 tsp Thyme

1/2 tsp Sweet basil

1/4 tsp Rosemary

1/4 tsp Dill weed

1/2 cup Fresh chives chopped

1/4 c Lemon juice

1/4 c Orange juice

1 c Canola oil

Directions

Shake all ingredients in a quart jar. Shake well before serving. Especially good served over chopped apples and mandarin oranges.

There's a little German restaurant near our house. We love there salad dressing and when we invited my in-laws over for a German themed dinner, I really wanted to duplicate the restaurants dressing. This was so close and so delicious. Everyone lived it! I toned down the sugar, but otherwise, it was perfect! Thank you!
