Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups Flour sifted

1 teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup Butter (2 sticks)

3/4 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Brown sugar

2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

2 Eggs

2 cups milk chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color (about 4 minutes). Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until incorporated. Gradually blend dry mixture into creamy mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto un-greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 - 11 minutes or until golden brown.

These are the best cookies, I like them darker brown so they are crispy once they've cooled.
