Gildas Healthy Salsa

Ingredients

3 large Tomatoes chopped

1 clove Garlic minced

4 ea Green onions chopped

2 tablespoons Red onion chopped fine

3 each Jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped

2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro chopped

1/2 teaspoon Sea salt

1/2 ea Lime juiced


Directions

This is best made fresh! Wash and clean tomatoes and green onions. Prepare the ingredients in the order listed and place in a bowl. Chop the Tomatoes as you like them chunky or regular. Mince a clove of fresh garlic and place it in the bowl. Chop the Green Onions again as you like them chunky or fine. The red Onion must be chopped fine. The Jalapeno Peppers should be seeded and chopped fine. Fresh Cilantro chopped and added in. Sprinkle the sea salt over the top and squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl. Mix all ingerdients well. Can be consumed at once but for best results place in a container and store in the fridge to let flavours blend for an hour. Use within a day. Note: This is a food processer friendly salsa.
