Ginger Peach Sauce for Pancakes & Waffles

Ingredients

1/4 cup

1/2 teaspoon

1/3 cup

4 medium peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoons


Directions

In a medium saucepan melt butter; cook ginger in it for 1 minute. Add syrup and peaches; mix well. Bring to a boil. Combine water and cornstarch; stir into hot peaches. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Serve warm.

This was delicious. The only thing I'd change is adding a little more ginger.
