Ingredients

170 grams brown rice flour (about 1 1/4 cups)

205 grams white rice flour (about 1 1/4 cups)

120 grams tapioca flour/starch (about 1 cup)

165 grams sweet rice flour (about 1 cup), AKA glutinous rice flour, or Mochiko brand at Asian food stores

2 scant teaspoons xanthan gum


Directions

Mix all together. Refrigerate.
