1 cup Sweet potato mashed (substitution: any type of winter squash)
4 medium Apples
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Agave nectar
2 cups Brown basmati rice cooked
Some of my companions wanted it sweeter (it was yummy for me, I'm used to low sugar). I wish I'd sprayed the pan, the crust stuck a little. Also the apples were not super glued together so the slices didn't stay together. I served it in bowls to compensate. Still tasted great. Thinking of trying to bake it in individual ramekins next time.
kristinsaccoOMGolly!-OMG!!! :)) I've been looking for over 1year for gluten free apple pie! My priest, his wife & I love apple pie.. She is gluten free; he is VERY low sugar & I am converting into veganism. So I will eat yogurt. etc. THANK YOU!!! ;) ;)
