1/2 plain yogurt

1/4 cup butter melted

2 eggs

1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla

2 cups gluten-free flour mix

1/2 teaspoon guar or xanthan gum (omit if your mix already incl

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 easpoonsalt

1 cup chocolate chips (I used less but more would have been better!)

Topping:

1/4 cup white sugar

1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 Tablespoon melted butter
