1 cup (150 grams) millet flour

1/2 cup (80 grams) brown rice flour

1/2 cup (95 grams) potato starch (not flour)

1/4 cup (30 grams) almond meal

1/4 cup (35 grams) tapioca starch/flour

1/4 cup (18 grams) skim milk powder

1 Tablespoon (10 grams) xanthan gum

1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons (4-6 grams) salt

1 teaspoon (5 ml) apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil

3 large eggs room temperature

2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml) sesame seeds (optional)
