Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

Ingredients

3/4 cup tapioca flour

1/2 cup white rice flour

1/3 cup chickpea flour

1/3 cup sorghum flour

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 teaspoon Sea salt

1/2 cup Whole milk

1 package Yeast

2 teaspoons sugar

2 large egg whites lightly beaten

3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil


Directions

Combine sugar, yeast, and warmed milk - let sit for 5 minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Roll into two 12 inch pizzas lined with parchment paper on both sides. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, top and bake as usual.
