A great spice rub that will keep in a cool pantry for up to six months. It's great on chicken, slow cooked pork, barbeque ribs or mixed into baked beans.

1/4 cup Paprika
1/4 cup Smoked paprika
1/4 cup Chili powder
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 tablespoons Kosher Salt
2 tablespoons Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Garlic powder

Nice rub. Excellent addition to baked beans as suggested. Also great on grilled pork chops. Thanks for posting.
CYAGThis was fabulous rubbed on a beef brisket...it really brought out all the flavors like you wouldn't believe! I can only imagine what it tastes like on baked beans, as you suggested. Can't wait to experiment more with this; I'm so glad I found your recipes!
