Golden Cream of Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 ts Salt

1 ts Parsley flakes

1 Chicken bouillon *

8 oz Velveeta cheese -- cubed

1/2 c Carrots -- grated

3 c Potatoes -- cubed

1 ts Pepper

1/2 c Celery -- sliced

1/2 c Onion -- chopped


Directions

* 1 cube chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water... Simmer everything, except cheese, until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). In a separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups milk with 2 tablespoons flour, until flour is dissolved. Add to vegetables mixture. Stir until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
