Ingredients

Asiago Focaccia Bread (or mini ciabatta buns)

Bacon

Sliced tomatoes

Leaf lettuce

Fresh mozzarella cheese sliced in rounds

2 cups fresh packed basil (2 packages)

1 clove garlic

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

kosher salt and pepper to taste

2 cups Mayonnaise


Directions

Grind pesto ingredients together. Add real mayonnaise. Build sandwiches. Top with toothpick.
