Grandma's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

5 each Egg

1/3 cup Butter melted

1/4 cup Granulated sugar

1/2 cup Milk

4 tablespoon Cornstarch

1 12-oz can Corn

2 12-oz can Cream corn


Directions

Preheat oven to 400?. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar and milk. Slowly whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well and pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 1 hour.

Huge hit on my Thanksgiving table, and I had a spread. I used frozen corn for a fresh taste.

This was a great hit on my Sunday dinner.. Hubby even liked it.. Just 1 thing, don't stir 1/2 way thru, does'nt look as pretty.

Never had before, made it and was beyond delicious. Sweet and didn't have a runny texture. Definitely recommend to try!
