Greek Meatloaf

Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground beef

1 pound Ground Lamb

2 large eggs

1 cup Bread crumbs - fresh

2 bunch Green onions

4 ounces Feta cheese

1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped

1 tablespoon Fresh mint

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Don't over mix. In 13x9 metal baking pan shape meat into 9x5 loaf and bake 1 hour 15 min. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
