This dressing is super simple and great for a traditional Greek salad. It is from my friend Corina.

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic (up to 3 cloves)

1 tsp anchovy paste

1 tsp oregano fresh or dried

1 tsp basil fresh or dried

Directions

Measure all ingredients and pour into a small bowl. Whisk together until fully incorporated. Pour over mixture of tomatoes, cucumber, Walla Walla onion, and feta cheese. Delicious
