3 pounds fresh green beans trimmed

3 cups water

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1-1/2 cups chicken broth

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 Eggs lightly beaten

1/2 cup butter cubed

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons fresh parsley minced

2 teaspoons green onion chopped
