Grilled Corn with Smoky Lime Butter

Directions

Heat grill to medium high. Grill corn 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. In a small bowl combine butter, zest from half the lime, and juice of whole lime. Stir in cilantro, salt, paprika and pepper. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Remove husks and silks from corn and serve with lime butter. Note: For more pronounced grill marks, peel back the husks and silks from the grilled corn, slather on butter and return to grill for 5 minutes.
