Directions

1. IN STEP 1, SLICE PARTIALLY THAWED HAM INTO 4 OZ STEAKS. 2. CUT EDGE OF EACH STEAK IN SEVERAL PLACES TO PREVENT CURLING. 3. GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F. GRIDDLE ABOUT 1 1/2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL BROWNED. 4. REMOVE FAT FROM GRIDDLE AS IT ACCUMULATES. EACH PORTION: 1 SLICE (3 1/4 OUNCES).
