1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 1/2 cups (or 1 15-ounce can) pineapple chunks
1 cup teriyaki sauce (see note)
1 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing (see note)
Even with cheap ingredients (Meijer frozen chicken, out-of-season peppers), this recipe was fantastic. We made this in the fire while camping, and I'd make it again!
