1 fresh Pineapple (3 to 4 pound)
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rum
1 pint light vanilla ice cream
This is a great dessert. The rum sauce is so good! I think thinner, rather than thicker grilled pineapple slices works best. So very quick and easy, and a definite keeper! Cheers, Michael
