Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

2 Fillets Fresh salmon

1 Mango Diced

2 Kiwi Peeled and diced

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped

1 Clove Fresh garlic, peeled Chopped

1/2 Cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice


Directions

Marinate fresh salmon over night with soy sauce, lime juice and crushed garlic. You can pretty marinate it in whatever you wish. Pan fry in some pam or grill fish till flakey and or blackened. To make salsa chop your mango, cilantro, and kiwi and toss together. Serve salsa over your Salmon.
