1. Heat grill or grill pan to high
Marinade
1. In large zip top bag combine lemon juice and half teaspoon time
2. Add bell pepper, zucchini and onion and marinate 15 minutes
Steak
1. Season steak with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon thyme
2. Clean and lightly oil hot grill
3. Cook steak, flipping once (12 minutes for medium)
4. Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil
5. Let rest ten minutes before thinly slicing against the grain
Vegetables
1. Lightly oil hot grill
2. Arrange vegetables on grill in even layer; reserve marinade
3. Cook until browned and tender (eight to ten minutes)
Dressing
1. Whisk oil and mustard into marinade
2. Serve steak and vegetables with dressing
