Easy and delicious on the grill.

Really good recipe. We boiled the potatoes first, when soft, put them in a bowl and drizzled with olive oil, pepper, and garlic. We also cooked them in the oven. Smashed them down with a small sauce pan.

Mmmm, good. Easy peasy to make and great too. The rosemary flavor is great and the freshly ground pepper makes it delicious. Served with grilled artichoke and grilled polenta (also found on Big Oven).

I make these in the oven until they are roasted, Oh So GOOD! Making on grill will be good too. Cant wait to try.
