Ingredients: 1 pound Hamburger browned and drained; 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with lime juice; 1 14 ounce can mexican style corn; 1 large onion chopped; 1 Green pepper chopped; 2 Celery stalks chopped; 1 package fajitas seasoning mix; 1 can condensed tomato soup; 1 package corn bread mix; 1 cup shredded chedder cheese

1 pound browned and drained

1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with lime juice

1 14 ounce can mexican style corn

1 large

1 Green pepper chopped

2 Celery stalks chopped

1 package fajitas seasoning mix

1 can

1 package corn bread mix

1 cup

Directions

Brown hamburger in large skillet and drain, add fajita seasoning mix blend well. add all other ingredients except cheese and corn bread and saute together for 5 to 10 minutes. poor into baking dish and add cheese mixing it in...... mix corn bread following package directions and pour over top of hamburger mixture evenly. bake until golden brown.
