Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

1/3 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 clove Garlic Minced

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp Paprika

1 White Pepper

8 cups Romaine (Torn)

4 cups Baby Spinach

2 1/2 cups Fresh Strawberries Sliced

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

1/2 cup Walnuts chopped

Directions

Combine the dressing ingredients together and shake well and refrigerate. (Can be done the day before serving). Toss the remaining ingredients in a large Salad Bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss again. Serve immediately.
