Ingredients

6 large Egg well beaten

1 (12 oz) can Evaporated milk

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns

2 cups shredded cheese

1 small Green pepper chopped

1 cup diced ham


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking dish. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt, black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, green pepper, and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until set.
