1 large egg beaten
1 2/3 cups unsweetened original almond milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons mashed very ripe banana
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups apple (such as Pink Lady) diced
1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted, plus more for serving
Nonfat plain Greek yogurt for serving
Baked beautifully. Does need more sweetness. I am thinking more cinnamon and some white sugar in batter
