Healthy banana bread

Ingredients

2 Sticks Unsalted butter Soften

1/2 Cup Brown sugar

1/2 Cup Honey

2 Eggs

3-4 Very ripe bananas Depending on size

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt* Optional

1/3 Cup Ground flax seeds

1/2 Cup Yogurt

1/2 Cup Walnuts or pecans Chopped / optional


Directions

Blend butter and sweeteners until fluffy looking and then add eggs beating after each one. Add bananas and mix until incorporated. Mix dry Ingredients in a separate bowl then mix into above mixture alternating with the yogurt. Add nuts if desired. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake 325degrees for about one hour. Test for doneness after 50 mins.

My eyes are tired tonight but I don't see flour as an ingredient but the summary mentions the benefit of whole grain. Please advise.
