HEALTHY CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients

4 cups low sodium chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 medium carrot sliced

1 stalk celery sliced

1/2 cup buckwheat noodles uncooked

1 cup chicken cooked & shredded

1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika


Directions

In 2-quart saucepan add broth, black pepper, carrot and celery. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling. Stir in noodles and chicken. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in paprika and serve.
