3 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon hot madras curry powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons raisins

1/2 stalk celery (chopped)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

bibb lettuce (washed left whole)

Green onions (thinly sliced)

Cilantro (finely minced)

more chopped walnuts (for topping if desired)
