Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup gluten free oats- ground up

1/2 cup tigernut flour

1/4 cup gluten free whole oats

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup truvia

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1/2-3/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Directions

mix all together in mixer scoop with cookie scoop onto cookie sheet bake 350 for 6-10 minutes
