Ingredients

12 medium large grate chopper

2 cups small grate chopper

4 stalks small grate chopper

16 cups (Reserve 3-4 cups)

2 sticks

1 cup

1 1/2 cup small grate

2 cubes

1 1/2 tsp

4 cups

3 cups


Directions

Cook the potatoes, carrots, and celery in lightly salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and reserve the liquid, set aside the veggies. In the same pot, saute onions in butter until soft. Stir in the flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually add the milk, stir until thickened. Add 3 cups or more of the reserved liquid until desired thickness is reached.
