Beat together first four ingredients. Stir together remaining ingredients and add all at once to moist mix. Do not overbeat. Spread batter in heavily greased jellyroll pan. (may need to pat it into the corners with a spatula). Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar liberally. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 min. Cut into squares while warm. (I use a pizza cutter). Makes about 48 cookies. If desired, pour a thin layer of confection's sugar and water frosting over very thin. (This came from the R.Darling cookbook) Enjoy!
