The fish curled up while cooking but it was good.
AESGThis recipe was delicious. When the perch were frying, the fragrance of the spices cooking reminded me of blackening seasoning my husband and I have used in the past for blackening salmon. It was quick and easy and we will definitely make it again. Thank you so much for the recipe.
