Directions

Pressure cook your chicken/separate from bones and set aside and chop. For dumplings: Mix ingredients thoroughly and set aside. Knead briefly and let rest 15 mins. Dough can be kept in plastic wrap in fridge for up to 3 days. Roll out thin on floured area. Cut small strips or circles. Makes 20-30 dumplings. Add broth and water into pot. (4-6 cups total) Mix cornstarch with little milk in separate bowl and add to mixture. Add dumplings a few at a time to boiling mixture. They will float on top when done. Then add separated chopped chicken.
