Ingredients

1 cup Macaroni cooked al dente and drained

1/2 cup Onion chopped

1/2 cup Bell pepper (green and/or red) chopped

1 pound Lean ground beef

1 can (15 oz) Petite diced tomatoes

1/2 cup Ketchup

1 cup Frozen corn

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside. Brown the ground beef, drain thoroughly, and return to skillet with onions and peppers; saute briefly until vegetables start to soften. Add corn, tomatoes, and ketchup - put lid on skillet and allow ingredients to warm up. Finally, add cooked macaroni and combine thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese on top, and return lid to the skillet just long enough to melt the cheese. Note: If you live in an area where you can get Whataburger Spicy Ketchup, substitute it for regular ketchup - extra yummy zing!
