Homemade Soy Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Water boiling

4 Tbsp Beef Bouillon Granules lower sodium works, too

4 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Molasses dark

1 Tsp Sesame Seed Oil

1 Pinch Black pepper


Directions

Whisk all ingredients together until dissolved and pour into a bottle with a tightly sealed top. May be refrigerated indefinitely. Makes 2 cups. Serving size = 1 Tbsp (same as listed on "Kikkoman Soy Sauce", which lists 920 mg of sodium "per serving").

It's a pretty good recipe and a nice alternative to soy sauce in terms of what I get out of soy sauce - salt, tang, and umami flavoring. Tastes great! Thanks
