I love this recipe because the hot dogs adds great flavor to the eggs, it also will make a big difference if you add a little butter to the pan. You will want more if you try this!

I have been making this recipe for years. The kids love it with fried potatoes. I fry the potatoes first and when the potatoes are halfway done I add the hot dogs and then let everything brown before adding the eggs. Easy one-dish meal!

jsagailleI've made this often since i wad a kid, too. Any type of hot dog will do. Try adding a touch of garlic powder. Yum!!! Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
got2readThis reminds me of when I was a kid. I give it to my kids too, every now and then. They absolutely love it. I add shredded cheddar cheese over the top just before serving! Great in a flour tortilla like a burrito, lol.
