Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

4 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate

2 Tablespoons butter (no substitutions)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

In a heavy saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate and butter are melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
